Too Much Help

I've just had a phone call from BT, asking for my details to validate my account. I told them “No”, and that they shouldn't need my details for the report of a phishing scam. This, after I went to the trouble of filling out the forms specifically requesting email correspondence!

If I knew it'd be so much hassle, I'm not sure I would've bothered to send it on. I think it's time to drop a line to the CEO of BT, with some feedback on the whole process.

I appreciate the phone call, but honestly don't think that it was required. At all. Too much help guys, too much help.
