So I've started keeping a “to do” list. It's one text file just called todo and currently ranks at 118 lines long. I suspect I'll have to actually start doing some of the things on that list sooner or later!

I've finally managed to find some inspiration for song writing, which is nice, but I need to develop some sort of portfolio for music where I can point and say “that's finished.” It's only related to the todo list because I've actually got it written down. Surely you shouldn't have to schedule your own hobbies into a list such as this? Or maybe that's exactly what more people should be doing!

Bike shopping today/tomorrow. I must try not to fall in love with too many and end up regretting a hasty purchase. Equally, I'm desperate for some symbol of freedom that I can look at and channel some escape into when it's required. I dare say I won't actually be any freer, but like so many things in my life it's all in my mind!

Having remembered that I want to add some things to this site, we're now up to 124 lines in todo. Ah.
